Unfortunately the ability to add a currently playing station to Favorites from the Now Playing screen was removed in the latest versions of SBS and MySB. We are hopeful they will put this feature back at some point.
To add Favorites from the Radio's menu's you need to hover over the station within the menu listing of the station, then press & hold the Knob or hit the "+", Add to Favorites will be offered. If the station is currently playing (Now Playing screen) you must use the BACK button (left arrow) to get back to the menu station listing, then use knob or "+" as described. Once added as a Favorite you can add, delete, edit, move around (drag & drop) your Favorites using your computer logged into www.MySqueezeBox.com > Favorites. I assume you are only using the MySB online server, not a local SBS server on your computer? SBS on your computer has more Favorites customization options.
