Hi Pipin, My setup is a Dlink modem and an Apple airport extreme for the wifi ( I live in an old stone barn and needed the range of wireless 'N')
I have a Ubuntu Linux running the Squeezebox server using Netgear homeplugs ( again due to stone walls and big area the Squeeze boxes are connected using UTP cat5) The IPhone accesses the internet using the DLink wifi as I could not get it to connect to the Airport wifi! Maybe the issue is with the 2 available wifi networks?
