I understand this sentiment entirely - Apple and iTunes design things that the average user can pick up easily, hence the massive sales of iPods & iPhones over the last 10 years, I'm not a big apple user or fan but I understand this is one of their quality's. In terms of SB I think the generation of 'smart' playlists is a gap, however erlands plugins do overcome them but the general SB interface isn't as user friendly as iTunes and so lends itself to be 'geeky' However I think the Touch interface is great and iPeng compliments it very well, to the extend that my girlfriend is happy to use it.
