Ah, now this sounds like it could be either the wrong server IP / Port in the options, or more likely the wrong username & password. If you're server's not password-ed, make sure both these fields are blank in the options. Also, if your MAC address has letters in, it might be worth making sure they're lower-case. I noticed the cli doesnt like upper-case MAC addresses, so I convert them to lowercase internally. I may have missed one or two.. Failing that, it could be a firewall issue.. The error basically means it couldnt initiate a telnet session with the server.
