If you are asking for help you got to provide some info about your setup: what type of squeezebox, what squeezecenter version, pc or server, firmware version, wireless or cable connection, connected to a receiver or preamp, pc running what operating system or server running what version ssots? did the problem occur after upgrading the players firmware? have you tried to reset? did you upgrade ssots version?
