I like the idea and congratulate you on it. Only problem is, I don't think I can stand the idea of re-tagging all my music for the third time! I currently use the composer tag, artist tag, in which I put everything (orchestra, conductor, individual artists, choir), album (which I preface with composers name) and title (usually movement). It is not such an elegant solution as yours but thanks to scrolling, all the information gets displayed on the now playing screen. I also find it useful to have orchestra, conductor etc in the artist tag when searching. It's all very much a case of using 'what works for you'. If I was starting from the beginning I would certainly consider your solution.
