OK, let's get some info. I realize you may not have all this info, so do the best you can: What specific OS version (like Win7 Pro 64bit)? What kind of computer? Is it connected directly to your main switch, or is there an intermediate switch? What speed does your SB computer's ethernet NIC say it's running at? What model NIC are you using. What kind of cable is running between the SB box and the first upstream switch? How long is it? What kind of switch? Can you get any stat's from your router - both with and without the SB computer running?
