IMHO the iPad feels a bit different than the ipod/iphone in that you have more wiggle room for your fingers.
I like the main interface of iPeng for iPad in that it is a complete (? except administration ?) replacement to the web interface for SBS. It is fast and tidy. I like the screensaver in that it is very simple (one-touch operation) and looks beautiful on the large screen. Now is it possible to envision something where playlist control would be gesture-based, i.e. not (less) using popups ? I attach a mockup of a sequence to show what I have in mind. (I've already wanted the SBS server web UI to allow drag and drop from the left window pane to the playlist... I guess now's your turn, Pippin.) +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ |Filename: 04.jpg | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=10770| +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ -- epoch1970 Daily dose delivered by: 2 SB Classic (fw 130), 1 SB Boom (fw 50) SqueezeCenter 7.3.4 (Debian 5.0) with plugins: ContextMenu, SaverSwitcher by Peter Watkins Server Power Control by Gordon Harris WeatherTime by Martin Rehfeld IRBlaster by Gwendesign (Felix) FindArt, CDplayer by bpa BBC iPlayer, SwitchPlayer by Triode PowerSave by Jason Holtzapple TrackStat by Erland Isaksson. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ epoch1970's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=16711 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=82681
