I'm afraid I won't introduce the playlist on the left anymore. Neither me nor any Beta tester had problems with playlist button, but I'll do my best in the next version to avoid unwanted touches near that button. As to downgrading: if you have backups of your iTunes folder you are able to revert to an old version. Also if you didn't sync iPad with iTunes yet I guess iTunes will still have the old version lying around so do a backup of the iTunes folder with all songs and Apps before syncing.
