what happens if you open an album? How old is that 7.5.2 build you are using? I know there's been some issue with artwork on some 7.5 builds on OSX but it should be fixed by now. What happens if you open "Artists->All Albums"? Could you do a screenshot (hold one button and press the other) with the two working covers included?
