(There is someone out there who actually took the time to read thru the 48 pages of T&Cs on iTunes. Nuts. Imagine you walked into a real-world store, wanted to by a CD, got to the till and before you'd be allowed to complete your purchase, the cashier insisted that you sign a copy of War&Peace - unreal.) I imagine, then, that this may also be the reason behind SqueezeCasts disappearance? (It is still here http://download.cnet.com/Squeezecast/3000-2133_4-75141363.html but I am not sure how to get it from there to the iPad.) Is the AppStore the only way to get s/w on to the iPad? If so, this sucks. I have the feeling that as soon as a viable alternative to the iPad comes on to the market, that shall be the end of our iPad. I do not agree with Apple's philosophy.
