Instead of simply disabling Play, the Party MOde behavior should be
changed to ADD.

A more complete Party Mode solution _should_ disable Random Mix. 
Disable Favorites.  Disable all services (apps).  A Party Mode should
only play from the local library.  And it should only permit adding
individual tracks, not full albums, artists, etc.

Another nice feature would be to time-limit the number of songs that
could be added to the playlist.  Ideally configurable, to N every M
seconds.  Maybe you'd set it to 1 per minute so that it's more
difficult for any one person to queue up a lot of songs all at once. 
Or 3 per 2 minutes.  This is one nice thing about a pay jukebox - most
people don't want to spend a lot of money to dominate the music played
for a long period.  That's harder to control when they're not paying.
