How does the playlists look like ?
Do they contain a list of paths or a list of urls ?
That is, how do they refer to the music files and where is the music
files stored ?
Can you show some sample contents of one of them ?
I'm pretty sure there isn't anything that works at the moment, but
depending on the playlist contents it might be possible to implement a
plugin if you or someone you know is willing to do some development.
