Wow. Does that work well and not cause too much overhead? I actually once thought about doing that, too (keeping a menu for each player) to be able to change player settings (alarms etc.) on all players instead of only on the current one as it is now... But as you say it I believe this is the very reason I did not do it in the end: I preferred to have my menus player-independent.
