Yes, "Musikordner" which is "Mysic Folder" is in the top level. What you see on the left hand side is always the top-level menu, the navigation through lower-level menus is on the right hand side. iPeng keeps the menu tree for all top-level menus so if you go to e.g. "My Apps" and then come back to "Music Folder" you'll be on the same level in the music folder hierarchy as before.
