I think that perhaps someone at Logitech was misinformed. My Touch is happily playing tunes from Rhapsody as I write this. Rhapsody did have some server migration issues over the past few days which may have affected you and certainly did, at times, affect many other Squeeze users (including me). If you're not able to get Rhaposody, the suggestions have been to power off your server, router and Touch, one by one and then restart. Others have suggested deinstalling and reinstalling the Rhapsody app on mysb.com. Results have been variable and seem to depend, somewhat on your location.
