thought I'd add to the mayhem. My symptoms are bit different.
Not only can't I get Rhapsody on any squeezeplay device (both radio and touch), but it freezes the player.. and eventually reboots it. And then the audio is broken for local content until you factory reset. The symptoms are identical to the WMA bug that plagued the player before release during beta..But that has been wrapped up.. and rhapsody is using mp3 now..
