What do you guys use for the album or track "artist" tag when ripping classical music CDs? Composer, Conductor? (if orchestral) Orchestra? Soloist?
I see that in the Squeezebox advanced settings, you can add composer, conductor and band/orchestra to the "artists" list, so you can find music by those parameters. So if I turn all 3 of those options on, does it really matter what I have originally entered as the album "artists" in the metadata? Or, if I use these 3 options, can I edit the album artist so that it is blank?
