Thank you very much for your answers. I have played around with the parameters and found that I get the most information on the least amount of space with 118 tracks per page, max. 5 album rows per page and then reducing to 80% when printing and cutting the border to almost zero. I use the album catalog on my cell phone while I'm in CD shops for example, that's why I need to cramp as much information into as little space as possible.
The one main thing I really just don't understand though is why creating 'pages' when creating the HTML files really doesn't seem to correspond in any way to what actually happens when you print. (I understand that I probably just don't understand the technical background enough.) But in practice I'm assuming that this leads to most people (using the default settings) creating very ugly catalogs in PDF which usually look like this: One normal page, then one half filled page, then again one normal page, etc. etc. -- maximus ------------------------------------------------------------------------ maximus's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=41211 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=74452 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
