Beyond obsessive to the point of paranoia. You should see all of the silly warnings splashed across our TV screens to warn us of a thunderstorm two counties away (90 miles). Yes, a silly thunderstorm. My favorites are the warnings of snow. Really? Snow in the NE US in January?
