In great part, not talking to ones neighbors has a lot to do with the very technology you are promoting. Funny, I don't buy into such technology yet I know all of my neighbors, and they know me. ;) There was no argument offered for my not wearing seat belts anything like "who needs them", nor am I attempting to sway opinions about their use. It is simply a personal choice, my choice, nothing more. And I don't need a Twitter message, nor a seat belt alarm, nor my mother, nor an app to inform me of the increased risk I am taking by not wearing it.
