I sent my father two radios as a gift and one of them arrived with the battery severely damaged (see image).
He said the package (not the shipping box) was opened, from what he says it sounds like the device was in this condition when it left logitech. The radio itself is fine (so far). Anyone else have similar problems - I ordered straight from logitech.
