Just want to add my .02 for Mog support. I either currently subscribe to - or have spent time with - Pandora, Napster, Rhapsody, last f.m., Live365, SiriusXM's stream, a few others. Some of them sort of work as 'radio,' (everything except Phapsody, Napster) but really, none of them sound very good.
Mog, which I never heard of until three days ago, streams at 320 kbps. The bump up in quality is very noticable. It isn't 'audiophile,' but it's the first time I have heard a stream that comes close. I wasn't crazy about the interface, (and really don't like the fact that I can't browse genres) but I'm warming up to it. You can stream entire albums, which is important to me since I'm a jazz fan. Other people say they're disappointed with the selection, but I have found about 90 percent of what I look for - and I look for some pretty obscure stuff. I have no connection to the company, and I'm on my 14 day trial, so these are early impressions. scott a. -- satkinsn ------------------------------------------------------------------------ satkinsn's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=11398 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=82809 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
