Since i started to use Triode's plugin I can honestly say that I have not listened to my local music once(!). I play my spotify playlists at home, and the very same lists through my iPhone any where else. However, I too long for an official spotify plugin for squeezebox that connects directly to the spotify service (like e.g. LastFM or mp3locker). Then I wouldn't even need my computer turned on all the time (since I got an iPad my use of the computer was drastically reduced, and now it's basically just turned on to be able to run squeeze server (read spotify)... (Nopes, don't have a NAS...and for my type of usage i would prefer running all squeezebox activities directly over internet rather than through squeeze server). So, come on logitech/spotify...how about a little new years resolution for your users?? ;)
