Some tips: First, check if you have downloaded the correct file, you may have not selected the correct nas on the download page. Before installing do a reboot. If uploading, make sure the downloaded file is on your PC on some local drive. Not on any onther device (like your nas). Synology uploading may fail if the file is remote. If it still fails, check if everything was removed from the previous installation. Login your diskstation using a telnet session. Squeezebox server is installed in /volume1/@appstore/SqueezeCenter Remove SqueezeCenter folder and it content if it stil exists. After removing files, reboot, and try installing the new version.
