Add Sync to Radio Home Menu: Radio > Settings > Home Menu > *select Synchronize*
I'm not aware of a way to add Sync to the Home Menu of SB3 and Boom. SBS preset Home Menu items can be added or removed or rearranged, but custom selected menu items like Sync can't be moved to the Home Menu. I don't know of any time delay Sync that you are asking about.
