Hi, I added a wifi card (similar to the one you referenced) to my wired-only SB3.
I needed to add an antenna; actually two (there are two connectors). I found "2X Laptop WIFI Wireless Mini PCI PCI-E Internal Antenna" for $1.64 shipped on EBay. Works great for me.
