I've had a bit of a fool around with this and realised that after having changed the scroll settings (under, Settings, Player, [name of player], Display), nothing actually changes. Even if I alter between the maximum and minimum values for Scroll Rate, Scroll Pause or Scroll Pixels, the player doesn't alter how it streams at all (unlike in the past).
I'm hoping this would offer some clue as to what's wrong.
