I had problems with a Logitech Squeezebox Boom: it would work correctly with wired network cable,(from latest version of Squeezebox server), then correctly from Vortexbox) initially work correctly with wireless network, but eventually stopped playing each track after 7 seconds, and rebuffered, loosing connection with server. The same happened repeatedly with Squeezebox v3s, both Slim Devices and Logitech.
Logitech support were useless-saying the Boom Box was faulty, to return for replacement The reliable way I cured this was 1-reconnect network cable, unplug the power cable and set up wired networking again. 2-Get a different wireless network bridge-I used Netgear unsecured-re set up wireless networking-worked correctly try use bridge to ethernet yes and use bridge to ethernet-no 3-re setup networking to the original perfectly working Belkin N draft router everything works again Could I have your comments, and could this be incorporated into the slimdevices/documentation -which I could not find on the web -- srsanford ------------------------------------------------------------------------ srsanford's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=44543 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=85998
