Text and icons are kept at roughly the same physical size.
That means that you will see more entries on a page and not get huge
buttons on large displays. :-)

It depends a bit on the hardware (i.e. screen density), because e.g.
the Galaxy Tab has a larger UI by design.
That means that the buttons/texts on the Galaxy Tab will be a bit
larger than on a phone, but you can still see more details per page
than on a normal phone.
