Right, but the original poster in the last URL in my last post indicated that he had his slimp3 running with an SB3 power supply. I would infer center positive from that. But I suppose I'm more ready to suggest "giving it a try" when it's not my slimp3 at stake :-)
Fwiw, the Jameco PSU in the first thread that Tom listed is still going strong after almost 3 years. It was on an SB2, now it's on an SB3.
