Somehow that player must be deleted from it's previous MySB account. You can find the previous owners email address on the SB3 in Settings > Information > MySqueezeBox.com, the SB3 must be connected to MySB.com to show this info. Another option is to email support with the player model and MAC address, and your MySB login info.
