Touch all the way. The sound quality is better than the Duet and it is less finicky to set up. If you're gunshy about EOL, you should know that the Duet Receiver will be the next to go, as after the Boom it will be the last SB based on the ip3k platform.
For controlling the Touch there is the touchscreen and the included IR remote.
