Try connecting SB3 to SBS at the player (if not tried already), navigate
SB3 to My Music.  Often this will work when the SBS web UI will not pull
in the player.
If still a no go, try rebooting the SB3 & router (just unplug them for
1 minute).
Also try SBS > Control Panel > Diagnostics, what is reported for ALL
pings, ports, IP's?
