Yes it does in interactive mode you can press and hold forward and the
display changes to

you can then use rewind/forward to scroll to a point in time for the
playing stream, when you release the key the stream continues at the
new offset
These are the IR codes I'm talking about.

This is all done on the server but it does work quite nicely.
