You need to punch holes in your network firewall to enable remote access to certain ports. Check here for instructions:

Sometimes it works, but more often than not, playback stutters or stalls completely. But, it can still be very useful even if you have this problem. What I really like is that if I'm shopping for music (store, yardsale, etc...) I can easily use iPeng on my phone to check to see if I already have an album.
