yep, I have the radiotime app. If you access either WNYC AM or FM via the radiotime app, I still have the same problem of only hearing the "welcome message" but not the station content. Can you try on your end sometime and confirm that you also no longer get these via radiotime (Like you, I listen to these stations every day.
