The whole projects.robinbowes.com site appears to be down. It's possible that Robin has decided to pack it in, but I think it's much more likely to be a transient fault with the web host.
As for instructions, my recollection is that the main "instructions" were the prompts in the UDAP script itself, and the lengthy thread in the forums here.
