The Duet was the only SB product that I even considered. I'm also pleased with Squeezebox server, never use MySB.com. I have no Pads or smart phone so the Duet controller is a "must have" for me. On the server I remove a bunch of pluggins that Logitech has active by default, but do use Custom Browse, Dynamic Playlists and SQL Playlist. For the most part I've had no trouble with the Duet, but when it does have connectivity issues it can be a real PITA!
