SqueezePad, iPeng for iPad, Squeezey, Squeezecast. The last two only support either mp3 or FLAC files so the server is forced to trancode heavily. Also both have them crash from time to time (when I last tested them) and don't seem to be developed any further.
The first two support all kinds of codecs and are much more robust regarding streaming. Both will make you very happy.
