Yes I'm looking to improve the install and have been thinking of bundling all required software in one package. The next revision is just around the corner so will attempt to do as you suggest. Regarding the the sync issue, did music on MediaMonkey play on Squeezebox Server straight away without problems? Did you then have to select a play device or did music play on SqueezePlay automatically? I'm away on business at the moment so I can't replicate your issue but will look into it when I return in the next day or so. Thanks again for the feedback, lots of people have downloaded MonkeySqueeze but we don't know their opinion of the addon.
