not sure, but makes me recall my childhood. When brothers and I did not behave properly with our toys, first offense was all of us losing access to said toys for a week. 2nd offense (rare) was all losing access for a month. Third offense (never occurred, because we weren't that stupid) was toys given to Goodwill.
