Old Radio Shack 15-2117 JP1 remote is the most used. Always laying around nearby, big backlit buttons, controls every device in my living room (eight so far). Can skip through long lists by pressing the keypad T9 style.
Next would be SqueezePlay if I'm on my computer. SqueezeRemote on Windows Phone 7 if I'm in another room or want a better browser than my IR remote.
