I have been looking too for an SB replacement but havent found one yet. I even bought a Sonos ZP90 several months ago to try the system. Sonos lacks a lot of basic functionally that SB had since many years. If your used the SB system then Sonos is not an option. In the mean time I have sold my ZP90.
Another one I looked at is Cambridge Audios NP30 http://www.cambridgeaudio.com/summary.php?PID=604 . This one seems to come close but due to its price I havent tested it yet. The only downside I see is that it uses uPnP. To be honest I have no experience with that but Im afraid that uPnP is not ideal for large music libraries.
