Shouldn't the DLNA server of LMS automatically transcode FLAC into something playable? Isn't that the whole point?
I would try disabling AIFF streaming of FLAC (something tells me a Microsoft device may not like that). This was newly added to 7.7.0 and it takes precedence over PCM streaming.
