No problems here. I have the server installed from the Windows installer as well as one running from the Perl code on Windows Server 2003 SP2 (not R2).
Does it crash on its own, just sitting idle, or when you're doing something in particular? Anything in the server.log? Are you running any 3rd party plugins? If so, disable them and try again.
