I finally fixed this. Adding the port setting to Avast did not fix the issue. However, once I turned off the Avast virus software, it finally worked. I did, turn off Avast for 10 minutes, then turn back on. For 10 minutes it worked great. I even timed it on my stop watch. As soon as the 11th minute it, it crashed again. Now I need to find out the exact settings in Avast to change.
