yep, like: x:\music\flac\.... x:\music\mp3\... and tell SbS/LMS that music library directory is x:\music\flac\ this way your mp3's are ignored. In my case, where I also have mp3's with no flac counterpart, I have this setup x:\music\flac\ x:\music\mp3aaconly\ x:\mp3mirror\ then I tell SbS that my music is at x:\music, and it picks up my flac files and mp3/aac only files, but not my mp3 copies of flac files. For itunes, I use x:\mp3mirror as my itunes music library, but also add the music\mp3aaconly directory of files to my itunes library. -- garym Location 1: Vortexbox Appliance 6TB (1.10) > SbS 7.6.2 > Transporter, Touch, Boom, Radio w/Battery (all ethernet except Radio) Location 2: Win7(64) laptop > LMS 7.7.0 > Touch>Benchmark DAC I, Boom, Radio w/Battery (all ethernet except Radio and laptop) Retired: SB3, Duet Receiver Controlled at both locations with: iPhone (iPeng), iPad (iPengHD & SqueezePad), CONTROLLER, or SqueezePlay 7.7 on Win7(64) laptop Ripping (FLAC) - dbpoweramp, Additional Tagging - mp3tag ------------------------------------------------------------------------ garym's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17325 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=91131 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
