and as he started telling me about the products, i told him I actually owned 4 squeezeboxes! he tried to convert me, but I said I'd invested too much time and effort in my wonderful squeezeboxes to jump ship now and that I loved all the third party plugins and so on and sonos couldn't compete with all that. I was hoping he'd give me some freebies in an effort to sway me but no joy! nice guy though. and didn't seem at all bothered by logitech's poor marketing of their product. guess he has a point...
