Hi
I added a new CD to my collection a couple of days ago and when I tried
to do a re-scan: "Settings:look for new and changed music" from the web
interface the rescan failed. I have also tried a complete rescan with
the same result.
When I look at the scan log (/var/log/squeezeboxserver/scanner.log) I
can see amongst other things, the following:

It looks like squeezebox server can't connect to the database. Does
anyone have any idea what might be wrong? I've not changed anything
recently. I'm using version 7.5.1 on Ubuntu. I can still access my
library from the squeezebox and the web interface to the server, but
without the new music so it would seem that the file system is still
OK. Maybe the database is corrupt?
Is there anyway I can force squeezebox server to delete and then
rebuild a new database?
